Mark Dann leads Congressional and Appropriations Affairs with the Secular Coalition for America. Previously, Mark served as the Federal Affairs Director for Compassion & Choices where he led efforts to pass federal laws and policy changes to improve care and increase autonomy at the end-of-life. Before that, Mark worked as a Democracy Development Consultant with the National Democratic Institute in Moldova and Iraq. Mark lives in Washington, DC with his husband, Sultan and their two spoiled little dogs. One of them was a finalist in the 7th Annual Running of the Chihuahuas.
