The Secular Coalition for America (SCA), along with its 20 coalition partners, has submitted a letter to Senators John Thune and Charles Schumer, in opposition to the nomination of Russell Vought to be director of the Office of Management and Budget (OBM).
Vought supports the influence of Christian nationalism in our government, believes our nation is a Christian one, and is one of the contributors to Project 2025. He has clearly outlined his intentions to replace federal employees with loyalists aligned with him and Trump's administration. We must not allow this to happen.
