The Secular Coalition for America (SCA), in collaboration with its 20 coalition groups, has written a letter to Attorney Merrick B. General Garland that asks the Attorney General to move forward with actions that would force the judicial recusal of Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas due to concerns over a lack in impartiality.
