Rep. Eric Swalwell on the Title X Domestic Gag Rule

Swalwell made a statement about the Title X “domestic gag rule,” which prevents organizations that perform abortions or offer abortion referrals from receiving federal funding under Title X, on June 20, 2019:

“A federal court ruled that Trump’s unethical and dangerous Title X gag rule can go into effect. While Congress is trying to protect reproductive healthcare, this administration is trying to take it away. The Senate must pass our spending bill with Title X protections now.”
