Julian Castro on the Title X Domestic Gag Rule

Following the June 2o, 2019 federal court ruling allowing the Title X “domestic gag rule,” which prevents organizations that perform abortions or offer abortion referrals from receiving federal funding under Title X, to go into effect, Castro tweeted: 

“Title X provides reproductive counseling and care to millions of women. This decision is dangerous and part of the Trump administration’s efforts to attack women’s health and eliminate access to abortion. We must fight back.”
