John McAfee on Religious Discrimination

In a March 31, 2016 Libertarian presidential debate on Fox Business, McAfee shared his thoughts on religious discrimination as it related to the Masterpiece Cakeshop court case, which dealt with whether businesses can refuse certain services based on the First Amendment claims of free speech and free exercise of religion, stating:

“If you’re the only baker in town, [discriminating] may be a problem,” said Mr. McAfee. “But no one is forcing you to buy anything or to choose one person over another. So why should I be forced to do anything if I am not harming you? It’s my choice to sell, your choice to buy.”
