SCA Announces New State Chapters in 11 States--Phase 4 Calls Announced

The Secular Coalition for America today announced initial organizing efforts for 11 new chapters this month in Delaware, Washington, D.C., Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon and Wisconsin. The state chapters will lobby state lawmakers in favor of a strong separation of religion and government.

Throughout the summer, the Secular Coalition has successfully held initial organizing calls in 27 states. Calls for the final phase will be announced later this month.

Already operational are the Secular Coalition for Arizona and Secular Coalition for Colorado.
